I made cupcakes in the ice cream cones using this recipe, frosted them and then added sprinkles. For the hanging decorative cones I crumbled up pink tissue and stuffed it in the top of an ice cream cone. Then I fed decorative ribbon through the tissue and into the bottom of the cone and knotted it in order to hold it all together. I used the other end of the ribbon to hang them from the chandelier, along with other party ribbons. I also made a few small arrangements with roses and carnations in varying shades of pink and added cute straws and some sequins to make them look like special sundaes.
